Great job, Rob!

Do you have a favorite album here? Or even a favorite instrumental track?

Thanks, Rob, but it took a village to lock things down.
It's all about helping to preserve Glen Campbell's history--and sharing it.

I just think that the music industry is always on to the next big project, the next artist. This is their mission.

WIkipedia rocks. Fans of Glen's and several forum members either had or are contributing to Glen's discography on Wikipedia.
I wish I had time to help the team.

Thanks for your rockin' words about the Glen Campbell Forums!

As soon as I have time, I will go back and edit my posts about the 12-string albums in order to add record numbers (if known) and other information.
This is a great thread because these albums have a somewhat confusing history. The info that Cowpoke posted has been invaluable!

Dee, your ability to secure and back up files is so important and needed.

There are people in the music business that want to rob us of our history.

It is getting harder and harder to google who wrote a particular song.

I'm thinking that the people who used to volunteer their time have gone on to new things.

Wikipedia is awesome, that's for sure, that's where people congregate and submit facts.

So there is an upside to everything...

The Glen Campbell forum is the best!

Hey, Rob, I am just throwing guesses out there.
The tobacco company does seem feasible, doesn't it?

Thoughts from other members?

Wouldn't you like to have been a fly on the wall back when The 3 Big Guitars was being recorded?

The compact disc for Rock-A-Doodle? It is waiting for you to purchase at:

http://www.amazon.com/Rock-Doodle-Vario ... B000008K4C" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Go for it, Rob! You deserve it, especially after your fascinating post about "bird grit" and "Rooster". ;)

If you need further encouragement, check out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iydSHyKdeJ8" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Thank you, Dee,

As it turns out I knew or suspected what a Bull Durham was all along, I just needed confirmation by a Glen Campbell person, I do believe that I remember some of the later packaging and I wouldn't rule out samples from a past life!

Ah, it's all coming back to me now....

The 3 Big Guitars, that's an album where Howard/Strange/Campbell must have rolled a few to reach those bottom notes*

I am getting emotional after reading your last post, the treasure trove and store house is very real.

Heck

I'm pinching myself to own and display a copy of the compact disc Rock-A-Doodle+
