Randy, I can hardly stand the suspense of waiting for tonight's Oscars broadcast. (My VCR is ready...lol)

It was wonderful to log in to the forums this morning (today, of all days, Oscars Day) and watch Glen Campbell performing Dream Baby and Southern Nights with his peers on the Ralph Emory & Friends show.
Wasn't Glen's telling of a Roger Miller joke hilarious?

Of all his hits, one stands out for Glen Campbell

Can you guess which one?

This interview was conducted by former AP Broadcast Editor Michael Weinfeld. He notes on this YouTube video's site: "One of the perks of interviewing musicians is that sometimes they give you a private concert. Glen Campbell did so during our interview in 1994. Several times he pulled out his guitar to play some of his biggest hits. He revealed which one is closest to his heart and also told some inside stories about a few of his other hits."

Enjoy!

Hi, Randy, thanks for posting the video of Glen and his brother, Shorty! The Campbells sound so good together when they sing!

Maybe this is one of the new breautube videos that you mentioned seeing on his channel? I have never seen fingers move so fast on a guitar:

Very cool radio interview with Glen Campbell from 1994, where the plays parts of his favorite songs and tells what they mean to him.
