I received the tote this week.
It is similar to swag I have seen / received at various entertainment events given to patrons, donors, fans, etc.
The Goodbye Tour (Guitar) Pick Packs are a super deal, I think! (Some ebayers are still pitching these picks or very similar ones for $29.99 a piece!)

I just purchased copies of Glen Campbell Ghost On The Canvas & See You There picture disc direct through the label, postage for the two was only around $5.20.
