Excellent question, "Beach"!
This song is one example:
"Here's That Rainy Day"
From: Dionne Warwick's first network television special, "Souled Out", broadcast September 17, 1969 (US).
Listen to it here on Glen Campbell Forums on YouTube:

Another example:
"Everybody's Talkin'"
From: Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour, aired Wednesday, October 19, 1971
Possibly sung in flight. Prior to my uploading this video to YT, I had contacted Debby Campbell to ask if this performance was done live in flight, but she didn't know.
Of course, as a career flight attendant, she appreciated this video, not having seen it previously. It could be Glen's only "up, up and away" performance!
Listen to the song here on my personal YouTube channel:

Do instrumentals count? or should we start with songs? This list could be a long one!
