"Funny (How Time Slips Away)" WINS the Award for Musical Event of the Year at the 2017 CMA Awards!
From CMA's site:
You can read about the award presentation on Sounds Like Nashville's website here:

During the CMA awards ceremony, a musical tribute to Glen Campbell was performed by Little Big Town accompanied by Jimmy Webb on piano.
They covered Glen's iconic song "Wichita Lineman".
Their haunting yet beautiful performance received a STANDING OVATION from the CMA audience that included Kim, Ashley and Shannon Campbell.
Fans can watch a short clip of this tremendous performance on Billboard.com at:

After the tribute, Jimmy Webb was interviewed by Sounds Like Nashville.
This clip begins with Jimmy talking about the Little Big Town artists and ends with his thoughts about Glen last night (you'll need tissues after you watch this clip):
Kim Campbell was also interviewed. "Music is magic...."
Willie Nelson's son tweeted this post with a picture of Glen and Willie playing iconic guitars:
Time slips away, but isn't it funny (wonderful) that the voices of Glen Campbell and Willie Nelson will always be singing in the wire for generations to come.
I gotta go now,
I guess I'll see you around.
But I don't know when though,
'Cuz I never know when I'll be back in town.
But remember what I tell you,
That in time you're gonna pay
Well ain't it surprising (that is surprising) how time slips away.
How time just slips away.
--As recorded by Glen Campbell and Willie Nelson on Glen's last studio album, 'ADIOS'
