The Arkansas Country Music Association compiled their photographed highlights of the awards event held on June 4th and posted this picture compilation on the ACMA official Facebook page. A final list of winners (including the first-ever Lifetime Achievement Award recipients) has been posted as well. Glen's Lifetime Achievement award is a wonderful honor from his beloved Arkansans.

No official video was streamed during the event or posted on social media. If the ACMA releases official video, we will post the links to their site here on the Forums.

This photo was taken by Zac Dunlap after the awards event -- congrats to Zac Dunlap Band on winning four awards. Also, thanks to Zac for this high def photo--the crystal "trophies" are very beautiful, aren't they? As you can see in the photo montage above, Glen's first and last name as well as "Lifetime Achievement" and "2018" were etched on the face of his trophy.

Glen Campbell's Lifetime Achievement Award - Arkansas CMA

Post by dee2 » Fri May 25, 2018 5:11 pm

Glen Campbell will be honored with one of the first ARKANSAS COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION's LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS on June 4, 2018, along with artists Johnny Cash, Ed Bruce, Wayne Raney, and The Browns. The event will be hosted by Collin Raye and Charles Haymes (VIP Red Carpet Host: Ashton Campbell Gill, former Miss Arkansas) at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Delight native Campbell defined excellence as both a recording artist and as a musician. He was a studio guitarist, playing on country hits in both country and pop music. As a country artist, he is known for "Gentle on My Mind," "By the Time I Get to Phoenix," "Wichita Lineman" and "Rhinestone Cowboy."
