Thanks Dee for that video of Alice Cooper. And Mike thanks for those links. Finally they are broadcasting a terrific radio documentary on Glen from 2005 again, presented by Mike Mills of REM. I have all episodes except for episode 2. If someone can record it, that would be great (I am leaving on vacation this weekend).

Some radio shows have aired a tribute to Glen this morning, but will repeat it at 4:20PM CT. One is KSCS 96.3, played one and KLUV as well--for the Dallas area people and hopefully some of you can also look this up as they will probably do it in your town as well. "The Light Will Always Be Shining On Him." The Rhinestone Cowboy will always be in our hearts forever. Sympathies to all the Campbell's. It's gratifying to see a great deal of good will to the news of Glen's passing and a recognition of Glen's importance to the music world.

I heard the news from a friend this morning. I was glad to hear this from someone who understood how I would be feeling. As Jimmy said, we knew it was coming but it hurts no less for that. A Legend has passed and our comfort is now in everything we possess of him and all our cherished memories.
I remember outside a concert, Glen was signing autographs, I had gotten Glen's autograph last time he was in the UK ,so I just said "May I shake you hand" and he gladly extended his arm out and I shook the hand of my hero.
