Disappointingly, Glen Campbell's Grammy-nominated "I'm Not Gonna Miss You" did not make the album. However, The Band Perry's song from "I'll Be Me" is included:

(The more I listen to this version of "Gentle On My Mind", the more I like it. Of course, It's not Glen Campbell, and it's not John Hartford. However, it's a beautiful classic song that has stood the test of time and now a new interpretation.--Dee)

I know what you mean Randy (sorry for replying so late btw). We are all biased when it comes to Glen, naturally. Ghost on the Canvas to me is a award-worthy music video Still, I think that Band Perry video does a nice job bringing the song (and with it Glen) to the attention of younger listeners.

Sad that Glen will never be able to attend this party...

Cowpoke,,, In regards to the Gentle video by the Band Perry. I've went back and forth on this one. At first , I really liked it, and now while I like the instrumentation and the vocals, I don't care much for the video. Back and forth, back and forth between a distant shot of the group, to a story to me that doesn't fit the song.

So , I went and re-watched Ghost on the Canvas and Hey Little One,, directed by Kii Arens. Glen Campbell's smile says come on in with the camera. Both of those videos match the songs. I have a strong biased opinion I know that....... But,,,,,,

To me, both or either or those two videos,,,,,, beat the Band Perry's hands down.
